SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped usually within 2-7 business days once credit card authorization and verification has been cleared.
I ship USPS first class mail with tracking. The cost is $15.00 flat-rate, for up to one pound, additional cost for added weight.
I am happy to ship Fed-Ex , or UPS for an additional charge.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return any unused, undamaged, for EXCHANGE, or CREDIT, within 7 days of the delivery of your item.

Provide the order and item number of the piece you would like to return.
I will provide you with a return authorization number. Please include this when you return your item.

Once the returned item is received, and inspected, we will send you an email and let you know the status of your return.

REPAIRS
If you have a piece of Francine Fiesel jewelry in need of repair, please email a pic of the broken piece to francine@jewelsbyfrancine.com.

If the piece was purchased over 30 days prior, there will be a small fee plus shipping charges.
